Salon Policies

Edina Nails Spa has been known for its clean, professional, and high-quality services. Our highly trained and qualified staff ensures that you can trust our services. For the best results and your safety, we use only branded and high-grade products. We take hygiene and sanitation standards seriously, and all precautions are taken to guarantee them. With a relaxing atmosphere and a wide range of quality services, you are sure to have an amazing experience at Edina Nails Spa.

OUR CUSTOMERS

  1. Ask for the service you would like to have.

  2. Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.

  3. While receiving any service, please provide our staff with your feedback or comments so we can satisfy your requirements right away.

  4. Inform the staff or salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.

  5. Inform the staff or salon manager immediately if you have any infection or notice any abnormal reaction or condition related to your nails.

  6. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will not take any responsibility if any accident happens to your child or children during their treatment at our salon.

  7. We are not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings while you are receiving services.

  8. No pets are allowed in the salon, except guide dogs.

  9. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer:
    • Who does not follow our salon policies or health and safety guidelines related to the pandemic.
    • Who uses abusive language or displays threatening behavior.
    • Who poses a risk to themselves or others, or may endanger our staff (in respect of the Equal Opportunities Act and Disability Act).

  10. For appointments:
    • Customers should arrive on time.
    • If a customer is 10 minutes late or more, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or delayed.
    • The salon may run late due to service overruns; please bear this in mind.
    • Any cancellations must be made 24–48 hours before the appointment; otherwise, a late cancellation fee will apply.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Customers must follow the aftercare instructions for each service.

  1. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. Regular polish is not guaranteed to be long-lasting; it may chip or scratch at any time after it has dried.

  2. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 72 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 72 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair.

COMPLAINTS

Customers must inform us by phone, text, or email.

  1. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.

  2. Repairs after 3 days, or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks, will be charged.

  3. We are not responsible for any breaking or infection occurring 72 hours after you leave the salon due to negligence or failure to follow proper nail aftercare.

  4. Any infection, breakage, or allergy must be reported to the salon within 48 hours. After this timeframe, the salon will not be liable.

REFUND POLICY

No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon. Once you have walked out the salon door, it indicates that you are happy with the services provided.

  1. If you are not satisfied with your nails, please let us know before you pay. We will adjust or remove the service to meet your satisfaction.

  2. No refunds will be issued if you simply change your mind.

  3. If you are unhappy with the service we provided, please tell us immediately so we can make it right.

  4. After your service, if any damage or lifting occurs, please contact us promptly. Our complimentary repair warranty will apply according to salon policy and will be handled based on the timing, condition, and circumstances of the nails.

  5. After the service has been completed, if there is any damage or lifting, please contact us to receive our complimentary repair warranty according to our salon policy. The issue will be handled appropriately depending on the situation, timing, and condition of the nails.
